Our Directors

Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti has over three decades of management and leadership experience as a Chartered Accountant and Banker. After a stint in audit practice; he started his banking career in 1987 when he joined the Nigerian-American Merchant Bank Limited (an Affiliate of Bank of Boston). Out of the 27 years career span in Banking and other financial services, sixteen of these years were spent in top leadership positions as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of three different Banks in Nigeria, Midas Bank in 1995, Eko International Bank in 2002 and Skye Bank in 2010 and each time leaving on his own volition.

Durosinmi-Etti has been variously described as a leader, an astute Banker, turnaround expert, a paradigm of professionalism with experience that cuts across Operations, Technology, Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking. He is a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer with integrated expertise in local and global financial markets, corporate strategy and experience in boardroom and corporate governance issues.

He holds a first degree in Economics from the University of lbadan and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom.

Afolabi Caxton-Martins is a founding Partner of the law firm of Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun a full service corporate and commercial law firm with offices in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from the University of London. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA) and has almost 3 decades of experience in corporate and commercial law practice.

He specializes in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business organisations and restructurings, international joint ventures regulatory compliance, foreign investment law and International arbitration.

Afolabi sits on the boards of Noble Drilling Nigeria, Frank’s International West Africa Limited, Skye Trustees Limited and Noble Drilling West Africa Limited. He is also the company secretary to Maersk Nigeria Limited.
